As managing partner of MPROVE GLOBAL, Mary Miller Sallah brings over 10 years of hospital management and international business development experience to organizations seeking to expand their reach in the global market.
Known for having highly effective, change management and sustainability strategies, Mary has experience in over 20 countries and in particular, developing and emerging healthcare markets. She believes that the future of medical tourism will be lead by organizations and systems that commit to and seek continuous improvement.
As Managing Partner, Mary spearheaded the enhancement and delivery of the MTA International Patient Services Certification program, has advised governments on improving their health system’s capacity, prepared hospitals for international accreditation and created International Departments in various countries. Prior to MPROVE, Mary worked for globally recognized outsourced management company American Hospital Management Company as their Director of Quality. Mary started her healthcare at world-renown Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
Academically, Millers holds a Masters of Health Administration from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as master certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. She speaks English and conversational Spanish.
